Our electrician will check the condition of the electrics against the UK standard for the safety of electrical installations, BS 7671 – Requirements for Electrical Installations (IET Wiring Regulations). A report is then produced outlining whether the installation is satisfactory or unsatisfactory. If the outcome of the test is unsatisfactory, our electrician will produce a list of items that will need to be rectified in order for the installation to be certified as satisfactory.
